Nonfat dry milk is very handy to have around when you run out of milk! Nonfat dry milk is great for baking and as a coffee creamer. Stir it into your coffee and tea or mix with water to turn back into liquid milk. Perfect for use in Bean to Cup applications.

Directions: To turn back into liquid milk: With a whisk, mix 1 cup hot water to 3 Tbsp. powder to make one cup of milk.
To make a quart of milk: Mix ½ cup powder to 3 ½ cups hot water.

Each 1 lb. bag makes 227 fl oz. (6713 ml) of milk.

This powdered milk dissolves rapidly, is creamy and rich. Best of all it is nonfat. One third cup in a mug of coffee makes a decadent treat for only 90 calories while providing all the protein/benefits of a cup of milk. A win-win. Service was prompt, as was delivery. Impressed!

Mixes very easily in cold water. Still experimenting with the amount of milk powder. A half cup of powder to 3+ cups of water gives too-watery a mix. Assuming I can get the mix right, I'd certainly order again.
